Geelong High School believes that all students have the right to a safe and secure school that maintains positive relationships between all members of the school community. We believe that it is the student’s responsibility to behave with care and tolerance of others to ensure that the school is free of unacceptable behaviours such as: behaviour which endangers others, discrimination and bullying: including physical or verbal abuse and cyber bullying.
This site is designed to allow GHS students to report bullying with the knowledge that a staff member will act on the report in a sensitive manner and follow up any alleged bullying behaviour. It is our view that often bullying behaviour can only be addressed when a responsible adult intervenes. Please include your name as anonymous reporting cannot be followed up by our staff.
Please refer to the Student Wellbeing Engagement Policy that is accessible on this site under the Student Wellbeing dropdown menu for details of our policy.
