FAMILY STATEMENTS 21-Mar-2017

Family statements dated, Monday 20 March 2017 are being processed this week and will be posted on Thursday 23 March. The statements will now include information regarding unallocated funds attached to your family. If you have any credit notes, unallocated receipts or CSEF credits, they are now listed separately as shown below.
Family’s that have paid all their charges will also receive a statement with a Total Outstanding of ‘$0.00’.
If you are on a regular payment plan, your statement is for your records only, and no additional payment is required.
If you have not paid for your Jacaranda Etext, Apps, IDCard or Study Planner it is important that these charges be paid immediately.
Please contact the Administration Office at any time if you wish to discuss payment options.

Welcome back for the 2017 school year!

Please be advised that there is a timetable change occurring on all of McHarry’s public bus services commencing on Sunday 29 January 2017.












GEELONG HIGH SCHOOL OPEN NIGHT 20-Apr-2017
The Geelong High School Open Night provides an opportunity for prospective students and their families to learn more about what our school has to offer its students. Our motto translates as “Prepares Students for Life” and you will be able to see this in action.
Session Time: 4.30 pm, 5.15pm, 6.00 pm, 6.45 pm
The major refurbishment and rebuild of the school will commence in the next few weeks and Stage One will be completed prior to the commencement of the 2018 school year.

Just a reminder that parents can now access student attendance data, approve absences and track any school issues through the parent portal. We will be rolling out other elements to enhance communication, such as student reports, in the coming months.
